Wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me. This is not a 4* hotel and definitely not worth the price. Lacking necessary basics, run down rooms, terrible beds, constant noise from the staff even at 3am. AWFUL customer service - bug infested bathroom met with a shrug from the reception staff who did nothing to help and frankly didn’t care. Breakfast extremely basic. Nothing of quality at all from the decor, the staff and the quality. Awful stay, avoid avoid avoid. . .

Pleasant stay but in a residential area.. Hotel was very clean, staff very friendly. Bedrooms were basic but the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was sufficient for quick bite to eat and the buffet breakfast. Hotel in a quiet residential area, no shops or even a supermarket anywhere near.. No separate bar facilities. Drinks served in restaurant. Drinks offered on the menu but did not have the ingredients to make them. The bedrooms have a severe lack of plugs and no USB ports for charging. The only plug available in the bedroom was at the bedside, nowhere near dressing table or a mirror..

Zone Hotel; find a more central Zone of Rome!. This hotel was ok. booked via BA holidays, advertised as 4*. I've stayed at loads of hotels but this was not 4*. It was outdated; the bathroom was in need of upgrade The location was nice but not central. A few train stops and a 10 minute walk to the Vatican. If you go the centre of Rome, it is 30 minutes away. With luggage from the station, it was not easy. Breakfast was OK. I wouldn't write home about it. Wouldn't pay extra for it personally. Staff were absolutely fine.. .
