very nice facility with exeptional receptionist (Christina). This property was super easy to locate from the Rome Termini (my first time in Rome). Just a few minutes walk away and clear signs. The front desk receptionist (Christina) was excellent. She went well above my expectations helping us navigate Rome and make reservations. We were able to store our luggage when we arrived (at 10 am) and go back later to check in which was super convenient. Our room was adequate although we didn't figure out how to work the A/C. The bathroom was large and the whole room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. However, the walls must be paper thin. Snoring from the room next to mine kept me awake much of the night. This is my only complaint with this facility.. .

Just look at the photo , not nice. To be completely honest after reading some reviews we were dreading the absolute worst , which it wasn't far from the rooms we're tiny and floor space non existent ( we struggled to open our cases ) . We had curtains on our beds and there were multiple questionable stains not only on the beds but a rather odd white stain on the TV stand giving the hotel a sleezy nasty feel that we had to clean up . Electrical sockets are placed in a way that when u plug an adaptor in it forces you to have the switch next to it on meaning lights on until your done with it , their also above the beds meaning u can hit ur head on them easily . Not an issue for us but the fridge wasn't cold and again not an issue but the shower is placed rather strangely in the middle of the tub with no curtain meaning alot of mess. Not the most safe feeling in the hotel with the door locks being temperamental and the windows being easy to get into . Breakfast was edible as long as you avoid the unrefrigerated meat and cheese , pastries were okay however. The location was great with the tube next door and lots of shops and bars nearby as well as classic tourist attractions . Overall I'd say try out the other hotels in the area but if your in a pinch it will do just about not pleasant tho .. .

Acceptable but we will not go back there. The location is excellent - from Termini Central station you can easily reach all points of interest. The breakfast is correct for the cost of E 8.- per person, per day.-. Spent 3 nights there. The room we were given was extremely small, bathroom was in a poor state with broken piping - shouting at 04:00 am in the court under the window by a drunk person - we asked to move room - the second room was a bit larger and better - during the whole stay student groups were extremely noisy all nights long and sleeping was almost impossible..

Good. Location, value for money. The room was overheated and there was no way to control the temperature..

Short break in Rome. I liked that the property is quite central to restaurants and the local attractions. The staff were really nice. The hotel was clean.. The room was ok, however, I wouldn’t like to stay for a week or longer. The noise in the corridor from the other guests who were staying there was really annoying, plus you could hear the people in the room next door. The breakfast was ok, enough to set you up for the day..

Superb. Quiet location. Kitchen facilities.. Having to go elsewhere to collect and return the key..
