I liked the stay. Next time i'm in Istanbul, I'm staying there again. - Location is just perfect
- Despite being at the center of touristic area, it was very quiet at night
- The personnel was very welcoming and helpful
- The room was nice and clean, with all the necessary things there. -Nothing that was really bad or disturbing at all, however, I'd point out just a tiny moment regarding my room with balcony.
Not sure if you can't technically call it a balcony, but it is basically the part of emergency exit system from every floor. So, every balcony on each floor is connected with each other by stairs and nothing prevents someone from the upper (or lower) floor to come right to your balcony or window.
Of course, nothing like that happened during my stay there, but just personally wasn't really confident to stay at the balcony at all. I prefer total privacy and confidence that no one is capable of coming to your balcony at all.
The view on Galata tower was really beautiful, but the next time I stay in the hotel, I would go to the balconyless room..

Awesome location, beautiful view of Galata tower, friendly reception.. The best thing were the views of the Galata tower from our balcony. The really nice men at the reception were present 24/7, they were polite, smiling, and helpful. Service that the west could learn and get inspired from.. The hotel was overheated..

Had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience due to special care by the friendly and helpful staf. The staff was extremely helpful and caring.
Location was spot on right next ro galata tower.. Was excited about the balcony but couldnt sit there much as right next to balcony was public WC/washrooms
Minor water issues but helpful and caring staff fixed it at the earliest. Thankyou.

Good location. Location was amazing and the room was spacious enough.. We had a water cut that lasted for a couple of hours and the reception called one morning early while I was sleeping for no reason..
