Extremely disappointed with the whole experience and definitely would not recommend staying at this hotel.. Close to Paris CDG Terminal 1. Very dirty carpet. Chair appeared so dirty that we dared not sit on it. Very dim lighting and some not working. Very worn out, damaged furniture. Toilet cistern kept running.
Prior to our stay, I send 2 messages to the hotel asking for information on where we were to catch the shuttle bus from Paris CDG airport on our arrival, but these were not answered. We tried to contact reception on the telephone in our room but our calls were not answered, so we had to personally go down to the reception desk with our query..
