Exceptional. The room is amazing, with the your own terrace. During summer time, I believe it's incredible. But overall the staff were super friendly, always helpful. Thank you so much for your service. everything was super good.

Exceptional. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was calm and peaceful even though there were some renovations but we never felt it. The breakfast buffet in the morning was really good and included lots of variety for taste. The staff were always helpful and smiling. It was a really enjoyable stay and I loved it.. Nothing.

Nice enough but ultimately disappointing. The location of the hotel was very good, and the overall hotel was on its way to being nice. The hotel was under major construction when we arrived and we were not informed about this prior to our stay. We booked the hotel 3 weeks before arrival and the works had been going on for two weeks at this stage. There was more than enough time to inform patrons. As a result of the construction the main dining room and kitchen were out of action and therefore breakfast or any room services were unavailable - two things we specifically looked for when booking the hotel.
We do not have an issue with the construction if we had been informed prior so we could make a decision about staying. As we were not told, we were left with having to stay at the hotel without the amenities we had booked.
The staff were friendly when they had to be but ultimately were cold, aloof, and unhelpful when we expressed our dissatisfaction with the lack of communication and services.

Nice hotel in a good location. It was a great clean hotel in a very good location. The room was way bigger than the average in Paris. I would go back. Definitely recommended🙂. Tea and coffee were not topped up daily..
