Superb. Very good hotel located in nice place. Nice and clean rooms, no noise, etc... But what I liked better was the reactivity of the staff when I needed help.. .

Spacious and clean hotel with helpful staff.. We stayed in a twin room which was very spacious and exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.. There was no room service available..

Pleasant and comfortable. Very nice hotel (clean, well furnished, spacious room), great breakfast and friendly staff. The neighbourhood is very pretty!. The water pressure was not very strong (1st floor) and the toilet was leaky. Nothing major (we could still shower), but definitely needs fixing..

Exceptional. Didn't get the room I was promised, but the smaller room was fine. Quite unfortunate furniture arrangement so room dodnt flow and had to avoid banking into either bed or desk.. See above.

Really lives up to its name, best hotel on the Western Seine!. Excellent location near the La Defence Arena. The bedroom was ideal for our short stay and the facilities included exceeded our expectations (comfy beds, great shower, wifi etc). The breakfast was cheap and had a wide variety of foodstuffs from pastries to toast to cooked meats to cereal. The staff were friendly and very accommodating and spoke great English.. The keycard to the room was a bit faulty but the staff were able to fix it easily, and would be great to have some milk in the room but understandable as they are switching away from disposable and unsustainable mini milk cartons..
