Entspannter Kurzurlaub in Calella. Als wir vor der Check-In Zeit eintrafen, war das Zimmer schon bereit. Wie wurden freundlich und effizient eingecheckt.

. Firstly, it is summer and your air conditioning is the worst I've ever seen. It never got cold in the room as the setting was locked to keep turning on and off every 4 to 6 minutes, and the air coming out was not cold.
Secondly, the room was old and had a particularly awful smell that never went away, even with the balcony doors open.
Thirdly, I had booked a room with a pool view, and had paid more than the standard room, and yet I was given a standard room. A day after having slept in a tiny room facing a school, which was noisy, I was moved to a disabled-set room which was not what I had booked, and nothing like the pictures (probably photo-shopped) that I had seen on the website.
Ultimately, I simply didn't get what I had paid for and the staff showed a reluctance to sort the problems out.. .
