Loved it. I think its a great hotel .. Talking about price and quality of service and how the rooms are clean besides its just on 2 mins from istiklal street and 7 mins on taksim square .. People are friendly and they tried to help me the maximum tht they can .. And offered me a free breakfast in my last day .. Thank you comfot sweet istiklal team . See you next time .. .

LOVED IT!. This is a small hotel. Excellent rooms. Excellent Staff. Yes the rooms are a bit small but really you don't travel to Istanbul and stay in your room all day/evening long. The room and bathroom was very clean and modern. The area is nice and quiet from all the loud action late at night, and also safe! Within steps from eating, shopping, metro and everything else! I travel to Istanbul every 3-4 months and WILL use this hotel as my permanent home away from home on every visit.. .

"Small but convenient". The room was very small. The wardrobe was not big enough for two people's clothes. The room was cleaned daily and we were provided with fresh water. Location was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff.. .

They are Scammers!!! Be aware!!. We have booked a room at this hotel, through booking.com. While booking it was clearly mentioned that no prepayment was required. However Hotel charged amount to our credit card without our consent. Once we realised that amount was debited , we immediately contacted the hotel and they have agreed that they have charged my card. We had to Cancel our booking as our plans got changed. I have cancelled the booking and informed the hotel on April 17th. More than a month, we still haven't received the refund. Sent them multiple reminders through website and their WhatsApp no. They say some problem with bank. Can't trust as no bank will have problem for more than a month. Hotel didn't share any evidence of refund with me to follow up with bank.. .

Ideally located and convenient stay. It was a very nice and comfortable stay..although the room was small but ideally located and service was spot on!!A minutes walk to istiqlal street and about 10 mins walk to Galata. ...we could not have asked for more convenient stay! The receptionist nishat was very cooperative and helped us get a good discount on cafes nearby!! However best is the Cafe next door to the hotel on the right where you can have most enjoyable breakfast in the morning.. .

Small and nasty rooms. The hotel room is very small and the bathroom smells like sewer (there was a leak near the toilet and hairs near the towels...) The breakfast is poor, and is the same thing every morning. We were 2 persons in the room, and one day there was only one bath towel, so my roommate went to get another and the answer of the staff was "We are totally booked, but let me see what I can do..."... We paid for the room both of us, so we had the right to have 2 towels each day... but ok... To be able to sleep you have to take ear plugs and a sleep mask... Not to talk about the wifi, that was very very bad... Maybe if you stay only one night, it won't make a difference, but I do not recommend this hotel for more than one night.. .

Value for money. I stayed at the hotel for 6 days in mid April. Pros: - Location: 2 min. walk off Istiklal st. & 5 min. walk to Taksim square, metro & buses & 15 min. Walk from Havas airport bus stop. - Room: small but quiet 5th floor back room, comfortable bed, kettle, built-in toilet water sprayer - WiFi: very good in room - Reception staff: very helpful - Elevator - My requests for double bed, non-smoking room in higher floor were granted Cons: - Cleaning: during my 6 days stay, garbage taken & bed made only twice but floor remained uncleaned at all Overall, I enjoyed my stay. . .
