Ok but with flaws. Issues were resolved as fast as they could. Majority of the staff were friendly. The cleaners were very friendly. Decent level of security and great location. Food at the restaurant was nice.. One of the ladies at the reception wasn’t very welcoming. She had an attitude and spoke in an almost rude manner. This wasn’t from just one encounter.
We didn’t enjoy the breakfast at all. Buffet area wasn’t always clean and the spoon rest for the baked beans had hair on it, which fully put us off having hot food for breakfast.
Cleaners were friendly but there were signs like hairs in the bathroom that showed that the surfaces hadn’t been wiped.
Due to an issue in the room we stayed in, we were given another room, we were told we could move into the room when we were ready but when we got there, it was still occupied. The staff handled it very well but it was an error fault in their system.
Overall, the hotel was decent, great location and great staff, apart from that one young lady..

Convenient for a night layover with PSG game. Good breakfast, nice staff, accessible parking. Double bed is 2 separate mattress, bathroom and floor in the room are outdated.

Nice hotel and central. I been with my son and litle brother last week the hotel is central hotel close to the monument, the rooms are clean and I thnki it could improve the breakfast, with better food and better quality, however the service was great, thank you Elias and Vicky for the services ans suggestion about the transport in paris. .
