What we liked most was the staff being very handy and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. Plenty food. We have breakfast and dinner included. The quality and quantity were great. If you haven't brought any towel the hotel can provided it to you by a refundable deposit fee. Plenty activities in the pool area with the "animation" staff. Staff were amazing, in particular on Reception desk, that solved any issues that could scratch our holidays.. The swiming pool sun loungers and their availability. Perhaps it would be a better way to manage how the guests can use the loungers. During our stay if you don't have a towel, or one helpfully supplied by the hotel or lie on the loungers, you basically wouldn't have a loungers, because even before the pool opens, majority of them were already taken (indicated by placement of a towel). It was easy to still find many of them reserved with a bowl but no one on them even after lunch time, i.e., a lot of sun loungers being used for a tool to enjoy, until the guest finally arrives. One options would be If after an hour, the individual hasn't arrived, then the loungers should be freed up for others to enjoy & monitored by the staff..
