Superb. Great location. Nice breakfast on the comfortable top floor.. The wall in the bathroom is very thin and you can hear the sound of the next room. I almost felt someone was taking shower in my bathroom..

Good. Great central location, easy to get around the city. Close to many shops and restaurants. Roof terrace bar was also very nice with good cocktails.. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms and corridor, we were woken up early every morning by people outside our room.
There is only one lift for 8 floors and there was often a long wait..

Great base for Rome. We stayed here for 4 nights from 16th - 20th December.
The hotel is a 5 min walk from Termini Station. I recommend when you exit the train station take the via Marsala exit. Turn left, continue straight over the traffic lights, pass 'Diana' restaurant and the hotel is next door. We were in room 301 on the 3rd floor. Breakfast is on the top floor and as there is only 1 lift there could be a small wait for the lift.
Breakfast was lovely with hot options and a variety of pastries, cakes, cereals, fruit etc. Lovely coffee & a huge range of speciality teas.
Staff were extremely friendly.
Our room was really nice & although next to the stairs/lift was quiet.
There is a 15 euro tax per night which i wasn't aware of so just be aware.
Great location for metro, bus & train links or you can just walk as we did. Weather was very mild when we were there.. .

A gem of a hotel. An amazing small hotel. Very central location and 5 minutes walk from Termini station. Great service, very clean and with all the amenities you would expect from a decent hotel. We travelled as a family of 4 and the room was perfect for our needs. Daily house keeping and fast WiFi were a bonus. Breakfast was a delicious continental buffet style with hot and cold options, served on a roof top terrace that doubles as a bar in the evening. A complimentary welcome drink is offered. If any improvements were needed, it would be to have milk on the hospitality tray in the room. There is a kettle and coffee machine and complimentary hot drinks. Plus mini bar at extra cost. Staff were friendly and helpful.. .

Lovely staff and great position. Rooms were big for Rome. Great breakfast. Location was very central to everything. The roof top bar is lovely for Breakfast and a cocktail. Someone’s dirty underwear left in our room after cleaning.
