Appreciate the help of miss sheyma that is the heart of the hotel. It was a nice stay in Ramada Hotel in the area of Taksim next to all the restaurents and shopping centers. The staff is very helpful and kind they always satisfaied our needs and are present 24H Big Thanks To All Of You & Hope to come-back soon ❤️❤️. .

Not worth it!. This outdated hotel was very overpriced. This is not to the quality that we usually expect in Europe. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite with breakfast and it was not worth it at all. We stayed in this hotel mainly due to it having a pool and we have young kids - please don’t. It said heated pool and during our 7 day trip we were unable to use it due to one day they were “cleaning it” so there was no water filled up in the pool, the next day the water was absolutely freezing “a technical issue will be sorted soon” - it wasn’t, the next day same excuses! During our stay we had no water for over an hour. We coudnt use the bathroom, showers or taps. Rung reception as we coudnt flush the toliet. They said “technical issue” - very frustrating. One day the lift broke - we were on the 6th floor and you can imagine this with the kids! Very difficult. Breakfast in the morning is Turkish breakfast. Eggs were undercooked. There was mole on the meat. Tea was terrible. Lack of variety. If you have children please beware of this. The was lack of seating which meant several times we had to sit in the restaurant which was a far walk away and we have 3 young kids which was so inconvenient. There was no system - people who were a party of 2 were sitting on tables of 4 and 6 and the staff were not even bothered! No organisation! They did not refresh the food which left us eating out afterwards due to the lack of food and variety and we were still hungry. Very unhappy due to this as we paid for the breakfast. The service/waiters was rude and who were mainly men who did not understand English or any other language. We needed a high chair and when we kindly asked for one they would just walk off from us like it was too much trouble. Water bottles - You have to pay for water once you use the first day of water provided which was a complete rip off. Normally water is provided every day in a hotel which we have stayed or once requested however at this hotel you have to pay. Very ridiculous! Not a 5 star treatment at all!! On the way to Istiklal street there is a corner shop where you can buy water cheaper. Not something you would expect from a hotel like this. The downstairs cafe or restaurant was very expensive so please be aware of this and food and service was terrible. You will often see the staff sitting there in their phone and if you asked a question will be firstly greeted by a woman said - “WHAT”. The hotel was in need of a lot of maintenance. Our room was tired looking and there things that were clearly needed Maintence tasks that needed to be done which made us feel disappointed. Hotel service was poor and didn’t replace things like toliet paper. New bedding or was not clean to the standard of what you would expect a 5* hotel room to be. If you asked for this you wouldn’t get it until you actually went down to reception or asked 3/4 times.. .

Recommended Hotel!. This hotel offers excellent service, spotless cleanliness, and a prime location near all key attractions. Their tour coordination service is outstanding, with Wafaa being a key asset, her city knowledge and readiness to assist make exploring effortless. Rooms are a bit small, and adding a chair or table would improve comfort. However, the exceptional service and convenience make this hotel a top choice for families, couples, and friends visiting Istanbul. Recommended! . .

Will not book it again or recommend. 1. The standard room hotel is not a room, more like a tiny small room and not shown well in photo gallery, and it has a sink in front of the bed, the shower at the side, toilet at another corner. I asked to upgrade, and it was negotiable and I paid extra 250 euros without receipt. 2. Breakfast is poor, no varieties, asked for cheese omllete but this is chargeable, corasiont were made like two days ago, tasteless. 3. Staff are normal, not friendly, room service put only 2 tea bags daily and sometime even do not put any, water served only once when you check in no matter how long your stay is, if you need more you have to buy. 4. Resturant is poor, not clean, and limited items. They really need to review their management and policy to improve.. .
