As above very disappointed. Would not return.. It was close to the airport with easy access.. The food. Had a meal in the restaurant after waiting 30+ minutes for our meal to arrive it was cold. The restaurant and bar were not busy. Staff just stood around talking. Breakfast was poor especially for a Hilton. To be honest the Ibis styles is better than this and a better price..

Great location. Fantastic room. Excellent hotel. Great location. Room was amazing. Would recommend. Would've been nice to have a menu and indicator for room service in the room itself. .

Transition to airport. The room was a good size, the sheets were itchy, the bathroom was old. .

Good. Great location, nice big rooms and good breakfast.. I took a bath in the morning and there was no hot water unfortunately. The hotel is on the pricey side..

Good choice for an early departure or late arrival. Good location, short walk from airport tram/RER station.. refrigerator door seal was broken, would not keep drinks cold.

Extremely Disappointing. The location close to Terminal 3 of Paris CDG Airport and CDGVAL Metro Station to other terminals. The beds were comfortable. Quiet at night, unlike some airport hotels.. We booked two rooms at the Hilton Paris CDG as an overnight stopover between flights, and being a Hilton we expected it to be a good and well maintained Hotel. We arrived after dark, and walking from the CDGVAL station was not easy - none of the street lights through the Hotel car park and up to the Hotel entrance were working, and it was difficult to see where you were walking in the darkness. Neither did it feel safe because of this. On arrival, it took a while to be served and even once we were, we had to wait a number of minutes whilst the Receptionist took a phone call. Not what you want when you are shattered after a long haul flight! Like the lobby area of the Hotel, the rooms are very dated, tired and not well maintained - in my father's room the sink in the bathroom was leaking water onto the floor, the shower door would not close properly and the bin had not been emptied from the previous occupant. This was all mentioned to reception on departure, but they did not seem bothered. In my room the shower had mould on the floor, the bath was cracked, the toilet unclean and seat very chipped, and the bathroom sink seemed partially blocked. The pillow covers were also marked, and the pillows themselves looked in need of replacement. Neither in either of the rooms was there anywhere to put your case except on the floor - not great if you have 2 broken ribs as my father did. Breakfast was ok, but I have had better in other lower star rated Hotels. I have never given a Hotel such a low score, but we were extremely disappointed in our stay which did not meet our expectations of a Hilton or the 4 star Hotel which it claims to be. It is clear that when properly maintained and in years gone by it was at one time a very nice Hotel, but now it is sorely in need of updating and renovation and does not befit the Hilton brand. I would not recommend the Hilton Paris CDG to others, and I certainly would never return. A disappointing end to what had been a great week away..

Nice stay, I’ll probably go back. Great location to take a layover. The place is a gaging. I’d recommend it, it’s not a great property, however to take a travel break, it’s close to the airport with free transportation/via a train 2 minutes away. If you stay there the breakfast is a good added value.. It was expensive. However the great breakfast softened the experience..

Good for an airport overnight. I stayed here 21 years ago and it was a bustling property full of people and life. So when I stayed here again I was saddened to see that it is no longer the busy hub it once was. Overall, it is now quite a bit quieter and looking a bit tired. The room was good sized but the A/C did not work. The wifi was good and the curtains are excellent keeping the room quite dark. The bathroom was good and with plenty of space for two. I went to the lounge after the evening happy hour and it was just sad. Maybe the happy hour is better. But after hours you can grab a drink but not much else other than a place to sit. It's not a bad walk to the train that goes to all the terminals so that works well. Years ago this was really the only option but now there are two other hotels next to the Hilton - although from the looks of things while they might be newer the Hilton seems far nicer. Overall, it's convenient for an airport overnight. Especially if you get a good price.. .
