First Class service at Divan Istanbul City Hotel 🇹🇷. My stay was from 20-24 of September, room #502. I would like to appreciate for the First Class service following Divan City hoteliers:
From the Front Office: Berkay, Alp, Esra, Gizem (was extremely helpful indeed), Eren, Nilufer hanım, Erdem (trainee).
From the restaurant: Emrecan (always caring), wonderful ladies Seval, Emine, Ebru and others, manager Fatih bey - all were so much friendly over the breakfast.

Great hotel, great staff, great location. I had to arrive in Istanbul at 7am, and when I got to the hotel. They were a very kind staff at the reception let me in my room .. I totally appreciate him🙏.

Lovely people. The service here is stellar. I am currently staying here with a friend after their surgery and the staff have been so kind, helpful and thoughtful. The room is clean, the tea is lovely- everything is just right.. .

A hotel where you could lose your life. Never come, if you do not wanna to lose your life! I was awakened by the sound of someone violently opening the door on June 27th 2024 .I saw from the peephole that someone in black t-shirt, middle-length hair, intended to broke into my room at around 1120-1130 at night violently on this Thurday night. It happened the same day just after I requested the room cleaning in the morning. Luckily I blocked the door inside，otherwise he must came in！However, the front line cannot be got through (interesting, right?) The man outside still wanna to break in even if I hold the doorknob tightly inside. I vigorously knocked the door insided then he left. I cannot imagine, with the century-old door and lock, the poor security, and also possibly the collusion with staffs，I will lose my money？ Be raped？ Or even lose my life？ I stayed up the whole night in case he came back again and checked out early in the morning. The staff refunded my unstaying amount，without asking me what happened. Who knows what will happen if I do not block the door. Rublish hotel！ I have cancelled my schedule on Friday and rebook another flight back home to save my life. Never come to this rubish hotel！If you wanna a suiside，just go！ I did not call the police as I do not know whether it is real or not. I cannot trust anyone in this hell on earth.. .
