. Disappointed by service and poor staff training. I received multiple calls telling me about check out time. They had very limited items for in room breakfast. I raised a concern about an issue, it took them hours to respond.. .

. The concept of the hotel is brilliant, a novelty being able to travel around by boat. Staff, majority Indian Pakistan super friendly and helpful. Food good but need to book or some restaurants will be booked out by external visitors. There was a fairly long wait to both check in and check out which really takes the edge of a luxury welcome experience.. .

Be Spoilt. Wow!! This hotel is amazing, ALL the staff are great, they are the most professional and polished customer service orientated hotel staff we have ever come across. We could not speak highly enough of them. Our room, an Ocean Terrace was wonderful, the grounds are beautiful, a choice of pools and restaurants also.. .
