. Owner and employees are very nice, and try to please the customers. It is a small business. We had an issue with our hotel room, they moved us another hotel owned by the same person at no additional cost. My wife has a dust allergy, we asked owner if we can pay extra to the cleaning female so that she can clean the room the way we asked, owner offered us free service, I chose to pay female tip for her effort. I did not want to take advantage of the people kindness. The other hotel name was “wide suits”. .

Super low cost but you get what you pay for. First the good: Great price. Young fellow on reception was very nice and helpful. Got an iron but no board so had to perform my creasings on a table which pulled stitches out my shirt.
But....I checked in for 2 nights. Went for business meetings and returned last evening to walk into my room with new tenants all situated. Fortunately they were nice and understanding but I could have caught them en flagrato or asleep....My clothes and belongings had all been moved to another room without my notification.
The new room was clean but had a fridge that decided to offer me some kind of clicking and knocking water torture at about 3am which meant me searching behind the back of it to switch it off.

It is about a 7 - Work being done. Windows in the room 201 were not like the photo. Batteries missing from tv remote controls. Kitchenet counter old. 2 old AC units on balcony. Lots of construction material in halways/stair case.
Bed was good, sheets/towels clean, hot water working.. .

Amazing Location in ISTABUL and very CLEAN!!!. The Best place to stay in Istanbul! I used to stay many Hotels in Istanbul and I like this one more. I like the Hospitality and amazing staff works at this Hotel. Owners of the Hotel Ferhat Kose and Soner Ozbey young, smart and successful guys and very much take care about each details during your stay. Location is perfect one near Taksim, new hotel, very clean rooms, breakfast is more than enough and I think difficult to find such wonderful place for that price.

I didn't find what is writing on Expedia website. . The overall quality is bad, my room was not well arranged. I extend my stay for extra day.
The cleaning staff are tirble and lies about their duties.
