Mixed experience at the Hilton. Mixed experience. It's a beautiful hotel, very clean. Room was great, lovely view and very comfortable beds. One gripe is that all the mirrors were smoked so difficult to do makeup. Service at reception was fantastic and breakfast was really good, great omelettes and again great service. Chef Gizem came out with little specials which was a nice touch, and service was great especially from Dalphine. Had a bad experience with hairdresser in hotel. We booked at reception for a blow dry which was clearly advertised as 25-35 euros. Hairdresser was lovely and blow dry looked great, but somehow we were charged 205 euros - no explanation was given and when we went back minutes later to question this she had left and the salon was empty. Left a sour taste as we wouldn't expect this in a Hilton. Otherwise staff have been lovely, drinks in reception are delicious and service always perfect with a smile. Lots of lovely touches like cookies on arrival and nuts with every drink. Shuttle service is great and really handy - takes you to taksim square every hour and back. Overall a good stay.. .

Feedback to the breakfast service. I am satisfied with the breakfast and with the attention given to customer. The main chaff- Gpzem, she constantly check with customers to make sure needs are met. All staff are great and friendly and check with guests. The environment and room temperature is good.. .

It was a nice experience even though we didn't have time to stay more.. It was an amazing experience for me and my girlfriend. That was the first hotel that I can say was without any single problem. I literally love all the thing about this stay in Hilton. Staff were wonderful. All were very polite very kind. Service was wonderful and very smooth with check in. They clean the room daily and change the linens and that was another good thing.. .

Thanks to staff and very friendly attitude. Very next to mosque and waking up people very early morning, also walls are not sound proof so, could easily disturbed. .

Excellent would definitely come back and I recommend if you are staying in Istanbul. The property is very clean and luxurious, with a lot of good facilities and gym , with easy access, would definitely come again. I was charged the price of two drinks for a double, I just don’t think that’s fair doesn’t make any sense.
