Nice little hotel. Nice little hotel in a great location. We walked to most places. Lots of places to eat nearby in luring some great vegan options.. Room was very small. Also the lift opens out partway up the staircase which was difficult with a pram. Room was quite warm even in October and hotel has no air conditioning so bear in mind of booking for summer..

Good. The staff were friendly and helpful on check in and when we greeted them each day. The 24/7 manning of the front desk provided security. The location was excellent and walking distance to what we needed. The heater worked well and the room was toasting when we got back from -1 weather each day. We chose to eat breakfast out each morning so we can’t comment on the food, but the small eating area had guests in it each morning.. Room was quite small and cramped, but typical of a Parisian hotel in most cases. This just made it harder to navigate around with all of our luggage and a tight squeeze in the bathroom only fitting one person at a time. The rooms are close together so you can hear everything, which if you had someone noisy next to you it was hard to sleep..

From the moment we arrived, the experience was made truly memorable by the incredible staff and the hotel’s prime location. The hotel is perfectly situated—just a 4-minute walk from the metro—making it incredibly convenient to explore Paris. Major landmarks like the Louvre, Notre-Dame, and other key sights are all within easy reach, offering a seamless blend of culture and charm right at your doorstep. What really elevated our stay was the impeccable service. A huge thank you to Stephan and Icham at reception, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Stephan, who worked the night shift, was an absolute star. No matter how late we returned, he welcomed us back with a warm smile and always went out of his way to make us comfortable—whether it was offering drinks or sharing a friendly chat. His attentiveness and kindness made us feel truly valued, and his dedication to guest satisfaction was exceptional. Icham was equally wonderful, always on hand to help with anything we needed, from recommendations to ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless. His professionalism, warmth, and helpful nature set the tone for a fantastic experience. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean—a reflection of its high standards—and every corner was beautifully maintained. A delightful bonus was the excellent coffee, which became a much-anticipated treat every morning. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines a fantastic location, outstanding cleanliness, and exceptional service, Hôtel Jeanne is the perfect choice. The rooms are not as advertised… Disappointed!. The hotel was located in a pretty area. We both feel that the hotel is extremely overpriced and very dated. The first room we were offered was nothing less than totally unacceptable; having spent some €670 on two nights accommodation and having travelled lots we both expected much more. The room had damp on the wall, very tired wallpaper split at the seams , worn carpets and not to mention a very dated bed with two single mattresses pushed together. Generally the hallway carpets were all very worn and full of laundry bags from rooms being changed. We could go on and on as the hotel should be judged as found but to summarise it’s far too expensive for what it has to offer in its accommodation. Having booked because of the images displayed by them here it simply doesn’t measure up for the money and we left after two nights feeling somewhat disappointed..
