Poor. We recently stayed at Floris Hotel for 2 nights and, unfortunately, our experience was negative, particularly given the hopes we had based on its good location and good photos on the site. As soon as we arrived after midnight, we were shocked by the state of the inside of the main entrance, which was covered in human excrement and littered with waste and gave an awful first impression. We had to be careful not to step into excrement and this experience made us nauseous. Cleanliness seemed to be a recurring issue; the next day we found a large puddle of smelly urine inside the tiny elevator and we could not use the lift at all. The hotel is on the 4th floor and it was very inconvenient for us not being able to use it. Also, every morning and late evening piles of rubbish were scattered inside the main hall which is unacceptable in any establishment. One morning, one of us was awakened by noises from the kitchen behind the wall. This disrupted her rest and contributed to a less relaxing stay. The room itself was another matter. The single mattress felt uncomfortable—like trying to sleep on a bed of nails—and when we asked to switch rooms, we were informed that none were available. Also, while we appreciated the complimentary water provided initially, it was not replenished on the second day of our stay, which felt like a small but important detail that was overlooked. Breakfast left much to be desired, not living up to expectations in terms of freshness; variety and quality. On a positive note, we want to commend the friendly and welcoming front desk staff and the hotel's convenient location. The issues we encountered significantly impacted our stay. We kindly ask you to issue us with a partial refund to compensate for our negative experience.. Loud music until 1am everynight, inconsistent room service. Good location to walk to Rome's sights and Metro. Hotel room spacious. Stayed 3 nights and our room wasn't cleaned on the 3rd day. Toilet flush ran constantly when shower wasn't operated in particular order. Air con wasn't working so had to leave window open otherwise room stifling in 28 degree heat. Teacups were stained,one melded to saucer. Not the cleanest of hotel rooms and 1 pillow provided. Unfortunately the hotel is located within vicinity of a v local roof top bar that blasts music with DJ and karaoke until 1am in morning. I wouldn't recommend staying if you have young kids or want a decent night's kip. Renovations are being made to the building but it's shared communal foyer is open to public using it as a toilet for 1s and 2s. I wouldn't stay again personally. The afternoon and evening porter was lovely though and v helpful.. .

Excellent location, close to everywhere by food or by metro and bus. The room and breakfast was nice and the staff frien. The location for sure, close everywhere to the city center by walking. Also close to trains terminal, mentor station and bus station. The breakfast was also value for the money. The room was nice and equipped with everything we needed. The staff was helpful and friendly.. It wasn’t possible to manage the heating temperature of the room.It was too hot all the day. The toilet lid was broken. And also the blanket wasn’t in a duvet cover but between sheets and it didn’t seem very clean. Also and the most important is that one night we found a homeless man in the hallway..

Good location and value for the money!. The hotel is on the 4th floor of an old building, not very attractive from outside but the room was very clean and comfortable. The recommend getting the breakfast. There was a good variety of meat cheese and pastries. The location was very convenient to the metro stations.. .

Great location for exploring,comfortable, clean and we felt safe 😊. It’s a good base if you’re planning on exploring Rome and had everything we needed. Whilst it’s not extravagant, everything was impeccably clean and comfortable.. Rome is a noisy city so to sleep with window open was challenging. I would suggest some alternative options like a fan in the rooms; so you don’t have to have window open when it’s warmer..
