A little better than average . The hotel is very nice, not sure what makes it four stars, possibly the spa which I thought was included in my hotel room but no I had to pay an extra amount to use it, which I didn’t. Room was small and the bed for me was uncomfortable. You may disagree because it has that memory foam mattress that just doesn’t work for me. The staff were very very very nice. The rooftop was not open for summer yet although I think the website says it is.
Not bad not wow just average I would say.. .

. Absolutely beautiful property. Got to check in earlier than expected and the check in staff was wonderful. We had the moon spa to ourselves and was just what we needed. The bed was a bit on the firmer side and we did not have access to any TV in English but we got to pick our own pillows!. .

Wonderful hotel. My partner and I had a lovely 4 days in Rome and the Trilissa Palace Hotel was just perfect for our stay. Bonus for having a sushi restaurant right next door where we ate every evening. The Spa's at the hotel were gorgeous, we booked 2 different ones whilst we were there. Breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from. Wonderful helpful staff who went out there way. Would def return and highly recommend.. .
