. The decoration of this hotel is so beautiful, especially the lobby and the room. And it is located at Fatih where you could avoid the traffic jam, compared with the hotel in blue mosque area. It is an advantage if You need to catch flight.
More importantly, the service here is perfect, the staffs are well-trained and helpful. They helped to call taxi for us and when we lost the wallet, the staff, Hazel, whatsapp me about the incident immediately which lesson our worries a lot! She gave it back to us when we are back to Istanbul. So, highly recommend this hotel!!. .

In general its good hotel the staff is good they answer you what you want but the problem of ac i hope they fix it cuz in winter they open heater for all even the wether is hot they open heater and some rooms dont have window so you feel you live in oven i upgrade my room and take 1 with window to solve this problem also the breakfast cold and finish fast but in general good hotel i will stay again . .

. Zimmer zwar klein, aber gut ausgestattet und insgesamt sauber, wenn auch nicht immer gründlich gereinigt. Die Lage ist hervorragend – Restaurants, Supermärkte und eine Tramhaltestelle liegen direkt vor der Tür. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich, allerdings stark orientalisch geprägt, wer kontinentales Frühstück bevorzugt, findet weniger Auswahl. Von außen wirkt das Hotel sehr edel, im Detail aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt ein gutes Stadthotel mit fairer Preis-Leistung für Gäste, die vor allem zentral übernachten möchten.

يستاهل اربعة نجوم. من أفضل الفنادق التي سكنت فيها في اسطنبول ، الغرف مطابقة للصور و الوصف . طاقم الفندق قمة في الرقي و التعاون و الترحيب وخاصة : رامي ، على ، شاهين ، إدوارد و الجميع.
التكييف ممناز جدا ، قريب جدا من الترام ، الفطور ممتاز .
