DO NOT BOOKED THIS HOTEL. One guys at reception is very rude at 7 am on 2 July 2024. He can’t find my reservation and I ask for early check in I am welling to pay extra charge because we are arriving at 7 am. but he said “90 USD” even I have paid full room price and need to wait until 10 am. to get the room . So now I am in VANDAR hotel just opposite they take on 80 USD including one night and early check in. Do not book this hotel at all. you can see many bad comments from other platforms. .

RUDENESS ON PEAK. SCAM ALERT!!!! DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL we went to hotel for check in staff was less available they have done 2 hours late check in and after checking in our room was standard triple room instead they gave us single bed room. When we entered in the room it was a mess there and so smell that we cant even breathe, Air condition was not working rooms locks were broken staff was rude and in washroom sink was broken as well. Water was popping out from the washroom to our room. Room lines were not working as well they have cut the line so we cant call them to complain or to ask something. My Breakfast was already added i paid extra for it but at the breakfast time they were charging $35 for an omllete. There was life threatning experience ahead we pressed the lobby button and elevator has taken us to 9thfloor instead of lobby and it got opened in the middle where we can see the wires of lift and a wall and it started smelling of getting burnt.. .

get yourself another hotel!!!!!!. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Following a sudden death in my family, I requested to cancel my reservation, fully understanding that there would be charges deducted. However, the staff showed no cooperation or empathy, refusing my request outright and leaving me with no option but to stay at the hotel. The situation only worsened upon arrival. The breakfast was bland and lacked variety, offering nothing but bread, butter, and jam—far below the standard of the breakfast buffets I expect from a hotel. On top of that, the staff was consistently rude and unhelpful, providing poor service and making an already difficult time even more stressful.. .

Dangerous. WARNING: AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! I planned to stay a few nights at this hotel, but on the second night, a fire broke out in the salon due to a fire-dancing performance involving alcohol. Shockingly, the fire alarm failed to operate, and the sprinklers didn't activate. While the fire department arrived promptly, guests were unaware of the fire until the electricity went off, and they smelled smoke. Alarmingly, some guests were trapped in the elevators and were forgotten by the staff. Despite the hotel displaying a Tourism Safety certificate, there was no designated emergency response staff, and the owner showed little concern for guest safety. Rather than relocating us to nearby hotels, we were forced to spend hours on the street until 3 AM. Upon returning to our rooms, we found that electricity, water, elevators, and other facilities were still non-functional. Receptions were impolite. Breakfast was terrible.. .

Bad receptionist. Very rude and impolite receptionist. Never go to this hotel. There are other better hotels. Tru them! Very rude and impolite receptionist. Never go to this hotel. There are other istanbul hotels. They are more polite. As a person how travel a lot should say that is not a hotel where you can recive a good behavior. Just ho to other hotel.. .
