Good. Friendly service, good staff communication. Accommodated late check in with no hassle. Comfortable bed and good shower. Hairdryer available.. Breakfast is basic and limited. Very low lamp shades over the twin bed so kept hitting it during sleep..

Superb. Bed was good, shower was good, breakfast was good. Room was nice and clean. Location was perfect for visiting the Olympics nearby. Parking and EV charging very convenient.. No airco in the room and it was really hot when we got there..

It was comfortable. And important thing there is no bed bugs. Very good. Kids room was in another Seid from hotel.

Good value for your money. Good value for your money! The location was not the best but its outside of the city center hassle. Service was perfect and receptionists were so friendly and very helpful.. The hotel might be under ongoing construction and the rooms were good but not perfect!.

Superb. Very comfy and excellent service. The price on Booking was not correct, I needed to pay city tax or something similar and carpark.. .

Very good. Staff were friendly, polite, professional and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.. City tax on top of hotel charges but that is not down to the hotel.

DO NOT COME HERE. . We paid for 1 room with two beds 1 double bed and 1 single bed, we did not receive the single bed we paid for. This led to my son having to sleep on the cold floor for two nights with no replacement room from the hotel. Also when we tried to complain to the staff they could not speak any English and did not give any refund or replacement room for us. Also the room was unclean and dirty, there was lots of dust on the floor which made my asthma and allergies worse for me and my son. Also the shower was not working properly, it was cold and there was little water coming out of it to have a shower. STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND!.

Good but be aware of the cockroaches.. The staff were extremely nice, and they were able to storage luggage for us. Breakfast buffet was great too.. No fan or A/C, so prepare to sweat during the summer. Many cockroaches in the room, and some flies on the bed during the night....
