Practical, Clean Room, Friendly Staff. Visiting beautiful Paris for the first time, we stayed five nights at Tulip Residences Joinville-Le-Pont in June 2023.

Top Quslity. This is a really lovely place to stay at, I even saw manager or manageress cleaning the floors in the lobby. My room was spotless. Ability buy items at reception water, alcohol etc The hotel is close to RER for access to central Paris but local area is very friendly and Soulcat next door Irish bar is a bonus, not heard from the hotel. A 1min walk around the corner. I will definitely be returning again. chapeau 👏👏👏. .

I really loved the place as it is two stops away of the train station and 10 mins away from Paris.. The room was spacious and the use of microwave was a bonus.. To have exact time of cleaning the room rather knocking on the door without warning.

Found feces (yes, feces, you read this right) near the towels . I have traveled a lot in my life but what I am about to tell you about this hotel I never thought I would experience in my life. In the third evening after I took a bath, I found near the towels and the hairdryer a piece of feces ( yes, feces, you read this right). Olive-sized, it was there, near the towels and the hairdryer, on the furniture under the sink. Can you imagine this?? It would be 🤢 to find it in the toilet, but on the furniture, it is unbelievable, unexcusable, unacceptable. This place shall be closed for good for sanitary issues, it represents a health hazard for guests. And when I called them to our room, they did not offer another one (but maybe it was not available), they only said that full cleaning service is available in the morning and just cleaned that place on the furniture where I found the feces and offered to change the towels. Next day, bathroom was still uncleaned, just the towels changed.
And the room is overall really really dusty, if you put something fast on the floor, a lot of dust will raise, you can see it easily, everywhere. Seems like all they do in terms of cleaning is changing the towels and the bedsheets and of course, put a piece of feces somewhere for you. The rooms seems not dusted for months and when they come to clean during your stay they will not take the trash out, dust or wash the floors, nothing, absolutely nothing. Horrible place, I never thought I will live this experience. . .
