Lovely ,friendly , convenient. Staff friendly, close to metro and buses . 20 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. Lovely cafes and restaurants close by . Pool lovely and had it to ourselves 2 times .. Sauna and steam room were not working on occasion.

A cosy and comfortable Festive Season stay in Paris. The lounge area with the fire place was really wonderful and cozy to come back to after a day out in the cold.
The front desk staff were really friendly, helpful and kind.
Our room was very comfortable and I really liked the bathroom design and cleanliness. The products are good quality which was a nice touch.
We found it very easy to walk to dinner at night time and to the Eiffel Tower and the rest of Paris and also easy to get an Uber in the location.
We travelled with our 18 month old and found it very child friendly.. The breakfast set up was a little bit chaotic. Some of the staff were efficient but we found that they were slow to replenish glasses, cutlery and cups and we had to ask a few times for clean ones to be brought to the table, which took time and spoilt the experience a bit for us.
They were also really slow to replenish some of the patisseries etc too.
The breakfast selection was perfect for the needs of a small hotel but they have to manage and plan better around how the things are replenished..

We enjoyed it in any case.. Nice, soulful hotel. Friendly staff. Small, but pretty comfortable room (delux).. Breakfast had limited options, the same every day. On Sunday we came at 10:30, even though the breakfast was until 11 hot food was finished and not everything was refilled..
