. The stay is absolutely Bad! I booked a room online and they gave me an entirely different room, it was dirty and everything broken , no TV and no fridge is working , the sink is broken and the shower door doesn’t shut. All that was ok but then in the middle of the night someone knocked on my door asked to get inside and he likes me I threatened to call the police then he left. I immediately left the place as it is very unsafe and very bad. .

. Arkadaşlar tek kelimeyle iğrenç kesinlikle berbat temizlik hijyen zaten sıfır 3 gece kaldım duş havlusu bile yoktu hep geliyor diye bahane sıcak su gitmeleri odada klima çalışmıyor doğalgazda ısıtmıyor kesinlikle bedava bile olsa gidilmeyecek biryer . .

Tu dinero no es reembolsable✌. The place is very bad ... no towels ... no words to describe it ..... a small room with 4 beds ... 4 people who did not know each other ... I came home from work at 2 in the morning and I had to go to bed without bathing ... without turning on the light so as not to disturb the other customers .... very bad .... I did not go after 2 days ... I gave them the other 4 nights .... the The room was next to the receptionist and at 7 in the morning he had the radio or TV on at full volume .... 😡. .

. I stayed here for 5 days and I can tell you this is NOT A FAMILY hotel. The room is super tiny. The pictures I've seen online didn't show how small the place actually was. There was no room for our luggage. The blankets had a large yellow stain on it. We ran out of clean towels and toilet paper after only 2 days and our tiny garbage filled up so fast and I was wondering when they would clean the room. This place DOES NOT HAVE ROOM SERVICE. I would not reccomend this place or ever come back. The street has so many night clubs that blast music until 4 am. I was woken up at 3 am when I heard our neighbor prostitute bargaining her prices with men yelling in the street. My wife was mortified. You can hear people walking up the tiny staircase with their luggage at night when you are trying to sleep. The receptionist who checked us in only spoke Russian and Turkish and got frustrated with us because of the language barrier. The staff is pretty much non existent. Half the time there is no one working to ask questions or to help you book taxis or tours. Absolutely not the service I expected. And when reading the responses of the owner to the negative comments online I was shocked. There is absolutely no remorse or regret to his customers for his shortcomings. He responds in an insulting manner and calls people liars for leaving negative reviews. He has no care for great customer service. AVOID BABU HOUSE and take your money elsewhere. . .

Genell itibariyle iyi. ve rahat.. It is so close to İstiklal caddesi/street. So noisy but it was so comfortable and clean. İstiklal'e yakın. Aşırı gürültülü, gece 5 defa uyandım gürültüden. Kış için sıcak, ferah, rahat. Oda bayağı iyi ama yalıtımlı cam olmadığından gürültülü ve otoparka da yakın.. .
