Exceptional. The Staff are perfect, most of them know english, they are cooperative and helpful whenever you have anything. The breakfast was so delicious… It’s cheap and the location of the hotel is in the center and near all amazing places.. Nothing..

Convenient and clean with friendly and supporting staff.. Convenient location, rooms beautifully decorated, staff very helpful with all our requests, especially Ifran and Eren at the front desk. They held our luggages for us after checkout while we went out before our flight. Also very conveniently they provided us with an Istanbulkart which is the card you need for public transport (which naturally you need to return before leaving). We found this very helpful rather than waiting to find out how the system works and they helped us with providing instructions how to top this card up. Breakfast was also good and had a good variety. Lobby and rooms are always clean and tidy.. .

Very poor. . The hotel room was a big disappointment. We got the worst room, part of the ceiling was broken. The waste in the shower did not drain. The fridge didn't work.....
