Nice Short Stay with clean room. The Hotel Staff were very nice and helpful, it's location is not the nicest spot although it was close to an event being held that we attended to therefore it was perfect for us. The room was very nicely decorated, clean and had a nice bathroom with good water pressure and temperature for an enjoyable shower, we also had indoor slippers in the room which was a nice touch since i had forgotten mine :) The breakfast was really really good with sweet and salty options, the serving staff was also very nice and polite.. The pillows were not the most comfortable and the room got very warm during the night even with the AC off therefore we had to open the windows during the night, which was quite noisy. There was no kettle or cups in the room to make tea or coffee..

10/10 stay. Highly recommended. Breakfast Included is a plus and the shuttle service is also a plus. That breakfast and shuttle service was included. The team made our stay amazing. Shuttle service was a massive help getting to the Metro station. I'd also recommend the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant on the 5th floor! Thanks again for helping us with the late checkout during the Half Marathon!!! We all appreciate it!. Distance from the city, but the shuttle service helped with this..

Pleasant. Friendly staff, good breakfast, private free parking, facility to charge electricity vehicles free of charge.. A/C didn’t work at all. It was super hot inside the room though it was winter. Maintenance team told me that during winter, they can not switch on Freezing mode but only heater. However room temperature was 28c. We had to keep open the windows all two days we stayed there. Nearest train station is 2.5 km away, so its difficult to access. However they provide a shuttle bus service from the hotel to station but its not available sometimes..

Lovely hotel, clean and really nice staff. We stayed as a couple on our first visit to Rome. We flew in to Ciampino and the location is perfectly in the middle between the airport and Rome centre. It is out of the hustle and bustle of Rome so is nice and peaceful. It’s a nice little residential area. The hotel offer a free shuttle in the mornings to Laurentina metro station and it is a 15-20 minute ride on the metro into the centre, very easy to do. The shuttle does not come and collect you it is only going out from the hotel. We walked to the metro one day and in the nice weather it was actually nice to see around the area and explore. Watch your belongings at all times in Rome, there is a police presence at the metro to keep an eye for pick pockets. The metro can get very busy. A taxi to or from the hotel to the centre will cost you around €25-30 depending on where you go, we used Uber. We also just did the same when coming back to the hotel and getting off at Laurentina and this costs roughly around €10-15. Other taxis may be different we didn’t use any. To be out in a peaceful residential area it was worth it as Rome centre is extremely busy all the time and it was relaxing and peaceful to come back to after a busy day around lots of people. You need to book the shuttle to the metro beforehand to ensure you get a space but we never saw it booked out fully and always got a spot. It takes 4 people max at a time. The hotel is very clean and the amenities are great, the hotel bases itself on simplicity and they have done this very well. A bit of advice on plugs, this has the old fashioned Italian style small two-pin plug on most plug sockets so a general EU one won’t fit, we managed to easily get a couple at the nearby shopping mall however or there are plenty of places in the centre to get this if you didn’t get them beforehand so don’t worry. There was one normal EU plug next to the bathroom door at the floor if you wanted to use but isn’t near the bed or tables. There are no USB ports. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom, a safe, and a small fridge with a couple of complimentary bottles of water and a tv you can screen mirror on from your phone or tablet or watch CNN or BBC news which are the only English channels, there is also AC in the room which was good on the really warm days. Plenty of storage space too. The staff are really friendly and will help you out with whatever you need. We hired a car for 2 days and there is free secure underground parking which was perfect. The rooftop terrace is lovely and the food is really good. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.. .

Disappointing. Breakfast. Mold on the ceiling, no AC in shower, desinfection smell….

Not satisfied. Breakfast is good. No microwave No coffee table or coffeemaker The fridge isn't cold There's no air-conditioner even we asked for it they can't fix the temperature Nothing to watch in TV no English movies.

Lovely stay. We stayed for 10 days at this hotel and we had a lovely experience. The staff is very friendly and professional, the room was very clean and. We were very happy with our stay there and can’t stress enough how polite the staff was.. .

Economy but acceptable accommodations for the area. The staff was extremely kind and friendly and spoke both Italian and English. Not the fanciest hotel but did the job for the price.. just out side the city of Rome...Uber ride to centre square..... .
