Convenient, clean and comfortable.. Location was great with easy access by bus or walking to most places. A real hairdryer (yay) and good supply of towels. The staff Victoria, Roxana, Antonio (2) and Tatiana were very helpful and it was always easy to find someone if you needed help or had questions. Very quiet with the sound proofing. Showers were good with lots of power as well. The mini fridges were cold enough to keep medicine cold that need to be refrigerated ( ie daily injections) .there are many bars to get cappuccino/ cornetto in the morning within 5 minutes. I hope there will be room there for my next visit.. The pillows weren’t too comfortable but it could have just been my neck..

Friendly, helpful staff and great location!. Centrally located between the Vatican and the Colosseum. Close to many restaurants and taxi stops.. .

Exceptional. We never used public transportation during the stay. It was close to anywhere Room was clean and everyone was so kind!. .

Great hospitality because of two main things. Amazing staff, amazing location. Great location, great value for money, spotless clean, extraordinary nice and helpful staff especially Roxana, but really everything was great. The fact that we couldn't stay more.

Would stay again 100%. I liked the choice of pillows. The bed was fairly hard, but oddly comfortable. The room had a fridge, but no kettle. There was a kettle in the snack area next to the reception which was really great! Good water pressure in the shower. Super clean room, modern decor. The location was amazing - walking distance to the main attractions, loads of bars and restaurants. The best pasta in Rome is 100 metres away - Labottega Pastificio con Cucina Roma!. Please please please provide larger cups for tea drinkers! I had to use two cups each time just to get enough tea for myself. And maybe replace the single-use cups with normal, ceramic cups. We could certainly hear people walking around and slamming doors, as well as some noise from the street - revving motorbikes and such. It wasn't too bothersome, though..

Amazing stay. The room was very spacious, all staff were super accommodating and helpful, the complementary coffee, tea & snack selection was a great touch, everything was super comfy, spotless clean & at the highest level. And the location is unbeatable - you are surrounded by great cafes, restraunts & attractions! Highly recommended!. .

Really enjoyed it - thanks. Customer service was brilliant - staff couldn’t do enough and very friendly (communicated before, helped in with bags, sorted taxis, spotless and offered to clean each day etc) Lovely room and really nice self service coffee/snack area. Very chilled and location first rate for exploring Rome. Nothing.
