Regular. It was easy to get to and facilities were clean.. The people that receive you at the morning are not gentle at all. Didn’t even say hi. People at night were super nice, so sad their morning staff bring down the experience..

Holiday in Rome. Hotel room didn’t include private bathroom so we had to pay extra to have own bathroom. When booking the room there wasn’t anything saying that there is no bathroom. Water pressure in the shower was very low. Otherwise the hotel and room was okay/average.. .

Great value for money, good location but do bring oropax. We liked its proximity to the city center and Termini (Rome's Main station)
The accommodation was in a safe area and close to many bus stops and a tram. Sadly, it was really loud you could hear people sneeze, shower and cars drive by even at night very loudly. If somebody entered the front door the whole hotel vibrated.

Great people, but you still get what you pay for. All of the staff were incredible at Hotel Kent. Very polite and were great to interact with. As an overall value for money, the hotel is great. We got a room on the top floor and had a reasonably comfortable bed with daily cleaning. The breakfast was quite basic, but for only 8 euros, it works when something is required quickly.. The location of the hotel, while easy to get to, always felt far away from most attractions in the city. The buses nearby were great to use if not sometimes late, but most major city things were over 20 minutes to get to plus walking.
The room itself, while perfectly serviceable in terms of a place to sleep, did leave some things to be desired. Certain floor boards were missing on the floor by the bed side, the bathroom needed to be cleaned as there was some sort of black smudge in the corner, the bed itself shift when even lightly pressing against the headboard or when going into the bed..
