Horrible stay . One of the staff assisted us to our room. Except for their air conditioning, it's horrible cause it's too hot. We called the Receptionist about it and responded immediately but only said that it's the maximum degree of cooling and then left us.
Please recheck your rooms once you check in so you'll get a good night's sleep.. .

Helpful staff. Hotel values it’s price. In double room two beds - one normal size, the other - very large👍. High floor - super view of Istanbul! Spa ok. Breakfast good. Location perfect. We had an incident, which the staff resolved. Very helpful! Thanks!. .

I will not advice any of my friend for this hotel.. Everything is ok expected the guest's services was unexpected from the hotel as 1) internet was bad not strong. 2) they not supply the supplement everyday free bottle of water , they are asking for a payment. 3) tea & coffee back they refuse to supply every day they want to charge for it !!!! All hotel 3 star in Istanbul they gives free. 4) in breakfast only 1 type of tea no tea back available & if I asked them to have omelets the want to change money extra.
5) the breakfast is very normal as 2 or 3 star hotel's not as 4.8 star .
I really was shocked for what i pay.
