Hotel centrale molto comodo con personale gentile. Hotel in ottima posizione, centrale a tutte le principali attrazioni. Personale molto disponibile e cordiale, unica pecca non usano il lenzuolo ma solo una specie di coperta senza nulla d'altro. La prossima volta mi prenderei su le lenzuola :-). .

Overall good stay. Everything was good. Rabia the receptionist was very helpful the only suggestion is to provide free water and add more to breakfast menu. Also there was no blanket or duvet only a thin bedsheet was provided which was not enough . .

A Hidden Gem near the great Museums. The hotel is on an "off street" but actually is just 1.5 blocked to the Tram stop and from there you an get all over the city or connect to the underground metro.. .

Staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay, Murat and Mr Alatt helped with registering our Istanbul Card for travel, ordering taxi and general support for every day tourist.
