Good staff/ Poor quality. The staff was very friendly and helped.. The bathroom lock was broken, rooms were smaller than depicted. Bathroom accessories were missing. (The bath door of our room was broken)..

I was not happy at all since the arrival.. The service is very poor and the breakfast is very limited. The front desk personnel not friendly at all. Plus, they don’t response to my request . The room was not what I have requested. when I requested to change it, they refused. Room service was very very poor.. .

Good surprise. I was there with a group of 13 people and we did not have any kind kmof issue. Good position close to taksim square and public transport, rooms are clean and the breakfast tasty. Ths personnel is very efficient and polite, in particular it helped us with the organization of the transfers to the airport. It is strongly suggested if you want to visit the city!. .

Very good. . Hotel has central heating and cooling system. It was not possible to change temperature levels for individual rooms. The room we got was extremely hot as all rooms were being heated and there was no way to decrease the temperature other than opening the window. The lock of the window was not working and it was not safe to open windows with kids on top floors. They changed the room next day and the temperature became bearable after opening the windows as window locks were functional in that room. They should make changes so that every guest can manage temperature in the rooms according to their liking and comfort..

Very dirty.
