Very good. The location is great if you want to travel from Nord station. The staff Karim and Muma are lovely. We stayed in a triple room which had 2 rooms so we were comfortable.. The carpets felt dusty. Could have been cleaned better..

Welcoming & helpful hotel staff.. Excellent hotel, location opposite Gare du Nord. Room small but spotlessly clean & all new amenities - even if towels on the thin side! Good buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful - we left our bags in the locked cupboard during the day and unfortunately someone had taken my bag in error when I returned to pick it up. I'm so impressed that the hotel returned by bag to me in the UK paying for DHL delivery.. .

Small room and way too busy area. The entire space felt extremely cramped, including the room, bed, elevator, and bathroom. I also noticed a few wet spots on the carpet during my stay. The customer service was poor, and the price was comparable to a five-star hotel, which didn’t match the experience. The surrounding area was also concerning, with a significant presence of homeless. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place.. .
