Please avoid, I beg you for your own sake.. A very bad example of a 4 star hotel. No kettle in room, one plug socket, faulty leaking ac, non functioning, in both our rooms, Faulty fridge and tv. very poor hygiene, no water supplied, very poor customer service. No room service. Dirty carpets, walls, curtains and bathroom. Dark dirty, smelly rooms. Hotel bar is just for show. Entire hotel, except the entrance needs tlc. I have stayed in camping sites with better amenities. See pics and judge for yourself. I regret my stay here. Probably best to avoid, learn from my mistake. Fyi hotel check out is at 10? Images on hotel booking sites seem to be very misleading. Neither hotel.com or the hotel willing to take responsibility for bad experience and poor service. Hotel.com claim they are middle man - agent. Only make booking on behalf of customers and make lots of money doing so. The hotel does not recognise hotel.com and could care less on what was promised on their website at the time of booking.. .

4 star hotel, 3 must have been borrowed from somewhere. Anyone who is planning to book the hotel be warned it is bad. Location it is what it is, 2 mins from termini station..that means drug dealers, prostitutes around the corners . The hotel is very dated, and breakfast is none ....even if bought a room with breakfast, as it does NOT have it all. Rooms are well dates, to the point the shower was out of 1970 ( and probably it was that old). The best feature of the place is the exit .......it advertise itself as a 4 star but struggling to understand how. I have been in my life in over 500 hotels and can honestly say this is on the bottom 10 I have ever been and I'd say bottom two over the past 10 years.. .

Exceptional. The hotel is in a fantastic location with a great ambience and the staff was friendly . The rooms are spacious and well decorated , As of my personal opinion I would recommend this hotel which you would get the rooms in an affordable prices in the central station of Rome.. .

Arrival was crucial. We have to bring our 25kgs luggage on the 1st floor. Nobody will help you. Rooms were dusty, smelly. Location. Dirty and smelly.

Dangerous Location. WARNING! This hotel is in an awful location I got jumped by two crackheads outside the hotel hoping to take my phone luckily they never took anything just a few cuts and bruises. The hotel itself was poor with no hot water and dirty. I do not recommend.. .

Great location. Location is great. It is closed to some main tourist attractions, restaurants, and to the public transportation.. The hotel has significant potential due to its historical charm and great location, but a renovation or at least a refresh would be advantageous..

Pleasant. location is ok. Providing breakfast would be good. Kettle tea coffee in the room as there is no breakfast either.
