A very disappointed couple. My wife has already added a comment on here Mrs. Cripps. I just wanted to add some photos of the awful breakfast, the barrier which stopped you turning the water on to have a bath. the fact that the hotel advertises a BAR and there isn't one, also advertises a mini bar and there isn't any, well there is but they are empty, we had a small bar of soap for three days which was not changed or replaced, the specialty tea was great but all flavor's and no regular breakfast tea, even when i hid the flavors more appeared but no breakfast tea. the lounge area, well if you could call it that was so uncomfortable and sparse, boring. the pool wasn't a swimming pool it was a meter deep if that splash pool. a very disappointing stay indeed.. .

Very good. Friendly and helpful staff who couldn't do enough for us. Hotel is well located, with the option to take the metro, bus or just walk to popular attractions.. The breakfast serving area could do with an uplift to make it more appealing to dine in..

Do not book. Do not book this place at all. We stayed here for 3 nights in a double room. Firstly the aircon makes a loud noise when you turn it on, the ducts are full of dust and when turned on circulates dust around the room which triggered our allergies. The wall mount tv in the room is so silly as its in a corner where only 1 person (right side of the bed) can watch it. The bed and pillows are sooo terrible and hard you will not be able to sleep. They do not provide a duvet at all but do give a very old (dusty) blanket which is kept in a plastic bag in the wardrobe. Finally when you open the window for some fresh air you will find ugly view of huge rubbish bins on the streets. This place needs a full makeover and does not look like the photos!. .

Moved our reservation to another hotel. We do not recommend. After arriving at the hotel (close to midnight, in a not so nice neighbourhood), we were told that they could not accommodate us and that they had moved our reservation to the hotel next door. Same stars, but much cheaper for our chosen dates and less amenities. No reward nor upgrade given for our inconveniences.
We were not informed of this via any means. The manager was nowhere to be seen. Even in the hotel next door, they could not believe that they had not even bothered to contact us (we are even members of Catalonia Rewards). They did not even bother to offer us an upgrade.
Please do yourself a favour and book your stay somewhere else. This hotel and their service is not worth your money nor time.. .

Superb. The hotel was in a great location for getting around, minutes to subway and train. Well appointed room, very comfortable bed. Nothing to dislike.. .

Exceptional. Friendly staff, wonderful atmosphere, very clean, close to the Clot station ( directly from Airport), close to the L1 and L2 metro...a perfect hotel! All the staff was great and very helpful.. Everything was great!.
