Terrible Staff. I have stayed in this hotel during May 2015. The manager of the hotel; his name is Berkai, was extremely disrespectful. The room is very small and like one of the other reviewers said; the pictures look much better than the real thing. I have also requested a crib for my baby which they said they will provide but never did. The elevator of the hotel is very small I was hardly able to fit my baby's stroller in it (while squeezing myself). Definitely not suitable for families and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The ONLY positive thing about this place is the proximity to Taksim.. .

Newe and good hotel. New hotel owned by an architect. Tasteful designs and make good use of smaller space. Location is close to Taksim square and off the main street. Can be noisy but only on a friday night. Excellent staff including the cleaning person. Wifi is excellent. Comfortable bed and beddings. I would stay here again. .

. Personel yardımseverdi. Kaldığım oda fotoğraflardaki gibi yeni değildi. Daha yeni eşyalı ve fresh görünüyor ama değil. King size yataktan kasıt iki ayrı yatağın birleştirilmesi ve yatakların baya rahatsız eder şekilde çökmüş olması seyahatimdeki tek genel rahatsızlık. Uzun süreli kalımlarda sıkıntılı. Kaldığım odanın dolabı garip bir şekilde öne doğru düşecek şekilde eğimli ve klima duvar göstergesinin kapağı kırık kullanımı biraz ayarlamadıkları sürece sıkıntı. Kumandayı bulamadım ve 5. Kat interneti kötü. Bağlantı ya kopuk ya da çekmiyor şeklinde. 2. Kattan bağlanıyorsunuz. Odada fincan takımı var ama kaşık yok. Evet eksiklikler için personelle iletişime geçilebilir belki bu konuda gayet yardımseverler ama bu eksiklikleri tamamlamaları ve biraz yenilemeye gitmeleri fena olmaz çünkü kesinlikle otel bu halindeyken fiyat ürün performansından bahsedemeyiz ücreti de çok uygun değil o yüzden beklentim otelin şu anki durumundan bir tık daha yüksekti. En azından fotoğrafta gördüğü gibi olmasını beklerdim.. .

Agréable résidence. Very nice hôtel near all commodities in the heart of taksim. The room is quiet and very clean. The staff is very kind, sympathetic and helpful. The wifi is correct also the breakfast was good. I spent a beautiful week there and surely i will return to pera line another time. Taking into consideration the price vs all the other parameters i highly recommand this résidence that i really appreciated.. .

Terrible. This is the first time I am writing a bad Tripadvisor review. However, we had endless problems at this hotel. Breakfast was a joke. We Are on vacation and breakfast was only offered for two hours, from 8 am to 10 am. İt was not offered at the hotel. We had to go to another location down the street and the food itself was poor. Parking was a joke. We had to park on the street and then were blocked in one day and had to wait an hour to be able to get out. Many days they didn't clean our room. On the days they did clean our room, they came late in the afternoon and did not do a thorough job. People were smoking in the lobby. WiFi was intermittent. The street outside was very noisy and we could hardly sleep. One day the front door was locked and I had to wait twenty minutes to be let inside. One day we gave the hotel our room key. When we returned at 2 am they lost our key and we had to wait an hour to be let inside our room. Other than the location near Taksim Square, there was nothing positive about our experience here.. .

One of the noisiest hotels I have been. The location is good, the staff is very friendly and helpfull but the noise inside the hotel is terrible, we could not sleep. We stayed for 3 nights and it was a nightmare. I didn't sleep more than 3 hours per night and had to shout with the staff to stop making noise. On the 5th floor you can hear everything that happens in the kitchen after 5,30am as they are preparing breakfast! you can hear everything, from washing the dishes, chopping vegetables, cleaning the clutlery etc. We change rooms and that is a construction problem, as it looks like the walls are made of cardboard. it was clean, but not great. I would not stay there again, mainly due to the noise. If you have a heavy sleep, I guess it's ok. .

PERFECT!!!. It's destination is great, only 2minutes walking to Taksim Square. Decoration is very nice we loved it! People who work in this hotel are very polite. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND Pera Line Residence! Safe, clean, perfect destiantion, polite people.... .
