A lovely stay in instanbul. The room is comfy and clean, everything is available for the basics and for the location is very good near to everything walking like 8 min for each touristic areas and the metro station and on the same road there is alot of restaurants with different kitchen themes. It was a lovely stay my room was on the 5th floor, I booked it with breakfast it was okay each day different food that what I liked it the most and safe area to stay outside for late hours.. .

Avoid if you don’t want to ruin your Istanbul experience. The only positive I could mention is the location.. Small, old, dirty, cramped, features falling apart, water dripping all night from the toilet, yellow pillows made of dirt, curtains that don’t close properly, shower’s door that don’t slide. Invasion of privacy when I choose to not have my room cleaned and put my “do not disturb” sign but still the manager goes inside and records the whole room without informing me or asking permission to do so. The manager of the Hotel called Tuncay accusing me out of the blue, one afternoon when I was coming back from our morning walk that I slept with someone else’s wife in another room on a different floor because he noticed the elevator going up and down only between the floor I was staying and the one he was suspecting. I told him many times that it wasn’t me and he still insisted “I saw you, I saw your face on the camera”. He then went inside my room during the time I was outside on the morning walk and recorded my personal belongings and the state I had left my room and showed it to me. When I told him that I had put the DND sign on for anyone to go in, he said that I’ve put it afterwards and not before he went in. A complete joke. When I asked to show me footage of the CCTV he said “brotha I don’t like cameras” which is the only way he could get the evidence from. Then he says he found who was it and it wasn’t me and trying to seduce me instead of apologizing he sends me a message offering 25% off my next stay there and asks me to rate him a 10 on the feedback at Booking. Completely ruined my family holiday. All this situation that he created made me think of changing Hotel and book something else for last couple of days but then I stood firm and didn’t accept this unfairness and didn’t give an inch back. I don’t recommend to anyone such a place.

We are very satisfied with the service. We will come again.. The host was helpful. The transfers arranged by the hotel were correct. The breakfast was correct. The hotel gave more than we expected for a very low price.. The rooms are small, but nice. For that price, there is no better option in that location..
