Small and beautiful hotel. Small and beautiful hotel , lovely breakfast and the host was amazing, highly recommend as this is very close to taskim square and have lots of eatery nearby. they don't have lunch and dinner options this is something that need to be improved. I enjoyed my stay . .

disappointing. Location of the hotel is very good, Very near to Taksim square. but the room service was so poor, it just involved arranging beds and it's not even everyday service. they didn't change the towels for 3 days or take out garbage. room's temperature was so hot, we asked them to cool down the room a little bit but they didn't.. .

this hotel has no star. I stayed in Oriella hotel in one day. In google has written that it is a 5 star hotel but in my opinion it has no star. The image of hotel in googel is not real, the hotel is not similar to these picture. when I stayed here, the money of an Iranian family was lost in the room and the reception did not give them access to the camera. I do not recommend this hotel at all to stay even for 1 day. .

Impressive, reasonably priced. Located within walking distance of Taksim square in a fairly quiet zone, however, the shortest route involves going up two sloped paths. Quite pleased with the condition and functionality of the economy room (includes double bed) I stayed in, as well as the hospitality demonstrated by the male receptionist.. .

Disappointing!. Great welcome! Front office staff very friendly. That's where it ends. Transferred to another apartment block with different name, two buildings down (not part of the hotel). Very disappointing. Room inferior & not as advertised. Really old, dated furniture & mattress worn through & uncomfortable to sleep on with springs poking you through the night. Not well equipped. The bathroom and shower were dirty when I arrived, sand in the shower. I told Management, they did not send anyone to clean. Only 1 plug point to charge cel phone in the room, placed in the middle of a wall not close to anything, not sure how one is supposed to charge a mobile phone for instance, perhaps hanging from the wall on its cord? Similarly to charge a laptop? Very loud neighbourhood, locals sit in street & speak loudly, play music till early house of morning. Had a knock on my door at 1:30am second night there & didn't open it. Not sure why there is no security, felt exposed after that as main door from the road to the apartments is left open all night seems. The staff were helpful for ideas on tours and arranged a cruise one evening for me. I wouldn't go back, strongly feel that if you are going to sub-let another place & move guests to somewhere which is different from what is booked ahead, should be a explanation at least. To be told they are full when I have a confirmed booking is not good enough, its greedy and opportunistic. . .

فندق فوق الممتاز، لكن مكانه سيء. . حالة الغرف جيدة جدا كما بالصور. طاقم العمل اكثر من رائع بل ممتاز جدا، ومعاملتهم طيبة جدا. نزلت في غرفتين، الواي فاي سريع في واحدة وبطيء جدا في الأخرى. الغرف ضيقة نوعا ما. شارع الفندق سيء، لا يناسب الاسرة، مليء بالملاهي الليلية، والشارع منحني جدا صعب في المشي صعودا وهبوطا. . .

good hotel,i enjoyed my trip. The hotel has a very good location ,comfortable rooms.I will definately come again to this hotel.some small things were not perfect like tissue paper in room or toothbrush.beds were comfortable.rooms were cleaned everyday.thanks to hotel staff .. .
