Good stay kind staff. Good location near tram station,kind people in the reception and the breakfast but poor breakfast because of the corona not buffet for tourists its far from attractive sites of Istanbul if you have a car its Ok . It worth the money we paid its not expensive.It’s considered 5 star hotel actually It’s not more than 3 . .

if you expect a 1 star hotel then it will be fine but as a 5 star hotel don't make a mistake like us.. we have been there for 6 days. the heating was broke and they couldn't fix it at all. bad smell of burned food many days in your room. although the breakfast , near metro bus station and the green space in the yard was Ok, it wouldn't worth your money.. .

. It's not a five star hotel as it was posted.however,there service was good,breakfast was fantastic,location was great.few mnts walking to a nice mall,,,back door is near the train station,,few feet away,employees were very friendly.I would go back again.

. Could smell the smoke inside my room throughout my whole visit. Staff are nosy and don’t mind taking photos of the guests as they’re having their breakfast (Happened with me). Requested some ice to my room and had to pay for it. Top that with the fact that no one is able to speak English. Terrible experience that I won’t be repeating for sure!. .
