excellent accomodation and friendly staf. excellent staff, and very reasonably priced accomodation, only downside was distance from Rome cente. .

The worst place I have ever stayed in my life, and I was a travelling salesman for 15 years!. The mattress was comfortable. Mould on walls and ceilings. Drainage problems in shower and basin. Air conditioning didn’t work. There were leaks from the ceiling on every level including in the restaurant. Outside was filthy with cigarette butts everywhere, broken glass out the front. Our unit had clearly had the door previously kicked in and door and door jamb smashed, the repair looked dodgy. The roads and paths to the place are full of holes and damaged badly enough to make walking with a suitcase difficult. The outside of the building was filthy, every window you looked out was pretty grubby, and some are cracked. They charge 6 euro per person per night tourist tax. Rome makes 120 million annually from this. They don’t seem to spend any in this area..
