Mediocre Hotel. The hotel is clean, calm, and pleasant. The staff are friendly and helpful, but nothing extraordinary. The rooms are a bit small, but the pool is really nice, which makes up for it. However, it feels overpriced for what you get. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay, but not great value for the money.. .

Very convenient for conferences at CCIB. House keeping staff not very efficient. My room phone was not working and did not get repaired during the entire stay. Tea and coffee items not replenished daily.. .

Average accommodations, priced a bit too high for the quality of the experience. Housekeeping was not that attentive. Had to make several calls down to the concierge to ask for things that there was a delay on receiving...or I didn't receive at all. The hotel could use some updates as I noted water damage throughout the room and in the corridor of the hall. The smell from the sink hole was obnoxious too. Honestly, the rates are a little overpriced for the average experience I received. I will find different accommodations for next visit.. .
