Excellent hotel, highly recommend. Very helpful and kind staff, the food was excellent ( we tried breakfast lunch and dinner there) room was very quiet, bed very comfortable, room clean, they accommodated an early check in for us at no extra charge. Great gym facilities, complementary water and extra towels in the gym. Reliable wifi. Honestly no complaints, i will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Superb. 1) bathroom - in addition to the shower, there is also a large and comfortable bathtub! Perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Istanbul.

Over charge you at checkout . Rip off hotel rude staff. Booked for a double room. Got normal room with extra folding bed. Not much room left for suitcases and walking around.
Asked for a non Smoking room was put on a floor for smokers wasn't pleasant. Nearest bus stop is 8 to 10 min walk . On check out they double charged me the things I already paid for was added into the final bill which should have cost 1000lira I was charged 2300lira absolutely disgusted, disputing it was pointless as front desk said they didn't understand, but they do speak English when they want. Waiters are rude the kitchen staff are ok. The rest of staff were rude especially house cleaners. It's about 15min drive to kadikoy Town and ferry port which is nice. The hotel is based in back end alleyways far from main road not good for taking kids here. . .

Clean hotel, great breakfast and customer service. We enjoyed our 4 nights stay at this hotel. Breakfast was excellent!

Staff very professional, polite and helpful.
The room, towels and bathroom were very clean.
Free Wifi, water, kitkat chocolate bar, coffee and tea inside the room. Good amount of space for 2 people.
There is a bus stop about 800 meters (5 minutes walk), which could take you to Kadikoy, and from there a ferry to the European side if you wish. Alternatively, an Uber will charge 70 Turkish Liras to Kadikoy.
When we first arrived at the hotel, I thought we made a mistake in selecting it, but when we found the bus stop, it was easy to navigate around the Asian side of Istanbul.. .

Nice hotel, good restaurant, clean and friendly staff. Close to rail... The hotel was everything we could ask for, it was within walking distance to the rail station, had a nice restaurant where we ate every night. The food was tasty and very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean had everything you need. We would be happy to stay there again. It was only 4 train stops to the centre of the’Old town’ where the spice market, Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, Sofia and New Mosques are nearby.. .
