Bad. I was really disappointed with the service. I accidentally booked an extra room and when I asked for a refund they refused, I’ve lost £500. They could have waived the fee as I was already staying at the hotel and this was on the system but when I spoke with them 4 times they were not helpful at all and refused to refund me on the additional room which makes no sense at all. I did not want to ruin the experience for my son as this was his birthday present but I was extremely disappointed. They did not offer me a voucher or anything- for those booking this hotel, please be careful as you will likely lose money if you attempt to cancel.. .

I understand that the rate per night will not be cheap, but I was honestly surprised to find out that breakfast was not included. It was, as ever a joy to visit Disneyland Paris, I’ve been coming since the park first opened, when I was a cast member,. The location
The decor, attention to detail, the quality of food and drink
Our room was comfortable, pretty and quiet
The architecture is wonderful. The receptionist that managed my check in was rather rude, she said that she couldn’t find our booking and then was very vocal in us not having a reservation, I had to search for details of our booking. Then when she fetched my room keys she announced loudly that we had no magic passes, I explained that we had purchased tickets separately as part of an event we were attending. It was an unfortunate experience and not one we have come to expect from Disney.
The price - there are many lovely hotels in the area now and whilst the Disneyland hotels are lovely in many ways, and offer things like magic hours, the prices are far from competitive with other 4 and 5* hotels in the area..
