Good. For the high price, there could be more around the room.. Proximity to the park, the amenities in the hotel. Our room was not well stocked for a reservation for three people. There are only amenities in stock for two. Even after asking The staff. Room wasn’t executive family room and it was very small. Pool was closed and we were not told when we booked..

Dear Disneyland Paris Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration with the poor service and mistreatment we encountered during our stay at Disneyland Paris from December 27th to December 30th, 2024. As a family, we had high expectations for a magical experience, but instead, our time at your park and hotel was marred by numerous issues that were both upsetting and unacceptable. Our first issue arose during our attempt to book the Royal Banquet. Despite trying to reserve a spot online before our arrival, we were unable to secure a booking. On the first day, we were told that all reservations were full and were advised to come back the following day. After waiting in line at the concierge, we were appalled to see other guests cutting in front of us and receiving the last available reservations. When I questioned this, I was told that there was nothing they could do and that it was not their problem. This lack of organization and fairness was incredibly frustrating. Our experience continued to deteriorate on the evening of December 29th. While walking towards the boutique, my children, aged 6 and 8, excitedly ran towards a character who was walking in the passage. To our shock, a staff member accompanying the character physically pushed my children aside in a harsh and rude manner. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially at an establishment that prides itself on being family-friendly and magical for children. Additionally, we encountered several issues during our stay at the hotel, which I feel must be addressed. On the morning of December 28th, we had breakfast at the hotel (which came at an additional charge of 45 euros per person). When we arrived, the cheese section of the buffet was empty. We requested more cheese, only to be told that they could not provide any more and that we were expected to eat what was left..

Pleasant. Location fantastic. But for a kids themed restaurant there was limited foods to suit kids.

Incredibly over priced and poorly managed.. Close proximity to the park. Incredibly overpriced. Paid nearly 2000 USD a night just to get ignored the moment I arrived till the morning I left. There was no assistance with our bags when we first arrived, and we were left confused as someone told us to go through with the bag scanners. Checking in was also a mess. Waited 10 minutes at the reception just for a staff member to ask us to drag our luggage instead to the baggage area. When we went there they asked which room we were in and we said we hadn’t checked in which left them confused. The entire process was a mess. To make things worse, after spending that ridiculous price a night, we find out our stay had no tickets since we booked through booking. I truly wanted to love this place and justify how much I spent, but I could not. I’ll give them some benefit of the doubt as it was busy, but that doesn’t make it excusable..

Bad. Location is good. Many things has changed in Disney Hôtel since my last visit, the buffet doesn’t have so much choices, it is the same everyday and doesn’t deserve the price! Room service menu is very poor, food quality is so bad Some staff are not helpful at all. Over all our experience wasn’t good at all !.

Superb. This hotel smells really nice!. The pool was closed but the closure hadn't been announced when we booked, we were only notified several months later after we'd paid..
