For one of the cheaper, if not the cheapest hotel on the resort, this hotel provides the necessities. The hotel was in a convenient location. The hotel room its self was okay, it could do with a few paint fixes but the beds were comfortable enough. We did not use the free shuttle bus provided as the walk into Disney Village was about 7 minutes along the river and is a nice and quiet walk. Free hot drinks are available from machines which provided a bit of warmth on a cold January morning.. Better maintenance of the rooms is needed. When we arrived, one of the light fittings had fallen off the wall and the shower hose had become detached and there were some very noticeable paint chips. For someone who prefers a more 'plump' pillow, they were far too 'airy' for me..

Not great. It was ok to use for the 1 night i had it for. Starbucks closed 2 days before I got there and that was the main reason kids asked me to book that hotel there was nothing to say Starbucks be closed when I booked i would have picked a different hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed, 3rd time in 3 years. An will definitely go again. Fantastic location, had a great time and a pleasant stay. Cost of food, hot drinks machines aren't in enough buildings..
