. It was a beautiful hotel but the WiFi was not working on the hotel room, only the lobby. And the shower was clogged up because there was water everywhere, around the sink, around the toilet, I had to try it up with multiple towels. I was scared to plug my hair iron & do my hair due to the wet floor. But overall, the staff were very nice & professional.. .

. Room was a bit tired & storage facilities virtually non existent . Equipment dated & unusualbe( ironing board) Remote location with no other dining/ shopping venues within easy reach . Staff were helpful but surly particularly in the dining area. .

. I picked this hotel because it was near the airport and only needed it for a few hours due to late flight, very friendly staff on check in, and a lovely girl on check out.. .

. I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a good experience. The location is about 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to the city, which is convenient, but it’s set in an industrial area with not much around within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy, comfortable for the stay. However, you need to position the shower in the middle setting, otherwise the bathroom floor will flood. The telephone in the room wasn’t working, so I couldn’t call for service directly, and the WiFi connection in the room was too weak to use properly. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist in person. Another plus is that the maximum check-out time is 1pm, and they also offer luggage storage, which was really useful. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for convenience, cleanliness, and good service near the airport.. .

. We stayed at Eurohotel Barcelona Gran Via Fira for 3 nights during our trip to Barcelona, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and just a short ride to the city center and main attractions. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a short stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions and local recommendations. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection, and the dining area was clean and well maintained Overall: A great option for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-priced stay in Barcelona. We’d happily stay here again! . .

Awful service- Hotel miles out of city. Awful reception service. The man who attended to our check in was very unhelpful. We booked 2 rooms but they only had one on record. WiFi didn’t work, was offered the business WiFi and that didn’t work. 2 lifts both out of service. We had to drag 8 suitcases up to the 5th floor via external fire escape stairs. No offer of assistance. When we’re arrived there were 6 people working pulling pipes and cables out of the ceiling in front of the bedrooms. No care for health and safety standing up on top of ladders. Dust and debris’s falling down onto the floor and in the air where guests were standing. The breakfast Buffett was good. Hotel was 40 mins out of city centre via bus and at the end of line of the bus service. . .
