Best Service in Granada. We had trouble get in the apt and we called and the gentleman was on site in 2 minutes, he also assisted organizing a taxi to get to a tour and assisted the taxi with directions. He also informed us how to use the washing machine at 11:30pm. We were high maintenance and took care of us with a smile. The next day we had breakfast at the hotel he works out and associated with apartment rental. The service and breakfast spread was fantastic. We loved our experience and staff.. .

You looking to Visit Barcelona for a week Holiday this is Hotel is not suitable as is quite far from the city centre and the beach! Even though there are buses and Metro
So my opinion this Hotel is mostly for weekend travel like 2 nights. Also quite expensive for what it offers . .

. This Hotel was amazing with breakfast include and very delicious !! Metro and buses is very close just walk 5 minutes to metro station and 3 minutes to bus station.
Is far from city but metro and bus will get there in 15 to 30 minutes.
100% recomended. .

. Lovely and clean and decor was pleasant. Excellent room cleaning, tidying, and replacement of towels etc on a daily basis.Small fridge with complimentary water & coke.
The breakfast was good and very varied and full choice.Reception staff were polite and helpful.
Bar and cafeteria staff were friendly and helpful with a special thumbs up to young Francisco who was SO friendly and kind and really made us feel welcome and added a feel good factor to our stay🤗He should do well in his career!
Best way to the Centre was by bus with bus stop about 8 minutes away.
I would recommend this hotel . .

. There was no kettle, coffee, tea. There was no real blanket, only an old mattress cover to cover ourselves with besides the sheet. The "hot breakfast buffet" was cold and not worth the price paid for the buffet. This hotel asked to be notified if we were arriving past 6 pm, and yet when I notified the hotel of our late arrival, no one emailed me back that they knew. This hotel put the room charges on our visa card 8 days before our arrival, even though we had booked a refundable room rate, very frustrating and inconsiderate,. .
