Great location, budget stay . The location always matters to me and here it was just perfect! The street is quite but really steps away from bustling İstiklal. At check in we were offered to upgrade to Suit for 50 TL, but in the end the reception manager gave it to ya for free. The room wasn’t anything special, just extra space with a sofa. We overslept breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. All in all, very good for a one-two nights stay. . .

. Otel çok güzeldi. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve güler yüzlüydü. Oda tertemizdi, eşyalar yeniydi, ayrıca Beyoğlunun dibinde. 1 gece daha uzattık biz. Tek kötü yönü odada kettle ve bardak yoktu ama rica ettiğimizde bardak ve sıcak su verdiler. Banyo da gayet temizdi, temiz havlu, şampuan saç kremi sabun vs vardı. Kesinlikle öneririm. .

Really Good depending on you. When i first read the reviews up here I got a bit worried, but honestly when i got there it wasn't as bad as depicted. I found the staff to be nice, i greet them on my way in and out and they smile. The thing that I can say bothered me was my window view; a Brick wall. But hey, that's one good way to make sure no burglar is going to be climbing into my window. To me it felt more as if i rented my own studio rather than an hotel room. The cleaning lady came on the third day to change the trash but it's not like the trash was full anyways, and my room was kept tidy, It's more on the do-it-yourself kinda place. the location is SUPERB to be frank between galata tower and taksim. As for the breakfast, it was cute. small range as previously mentioned in here but enough to get u full and started on your day. I only use my room to sleep and shower cz it comes a bit small to actually hang out in it. I can easily say im satisfied, and im glad it turned out to be the way it is because im more of the type that like to have a studio than an hotel room. P.s: Im stayin there for 21 nights oh and one more thing, booking it through booking.com was cheaper than their price (40$/night vs 33$). .

Do not stay at this disgusting place! Unprofessional and not pleasant.. Before attending this hotel i had tried to book through booking.com but due to banking issues couldnt therefore, i bad called the hotel from London to find out daily price which was told to me 250tl per night. Anyway eventually i booked and made a reservation requesting to pay at the door. So on my arrivall i was told 300tl per night. They added a totall of 200tl of profit for the sake of it. We was greated in the worse possible most unprofessional way. We sayed in a room which stank of sweat, cigarets and just looked dirty. Pictures are definetly a deception. The door lock was broken, toilet lighting broken, towels were stained. What more can i say. If only i was to know the area better wouldnt have stayed a second longer. Just an extra note, on my leave while waiting for the taxi people would walk in to get prices and the same man who argued with my self and ny cousin prices being 300tl was now telling people 225tl per night. Worse and last visit here.. .

Clean, great staff, excellent breakfast. The front desk and bellhops were so friendly and available to help. I felt welcomed and cared for. The room was perfect for my short stay and adequate storage for a longer stay. The bedding was very clean and comfortable and nathroom was equipped with fluffy towels and lots of supplies. Breakfast was better than I expected! A great way to start the day in a bright airy room with delicious coffee, bread and many healthy delights.. .

Horrible. The hotel was very old when we got into the room we saw that it was very dirty The sheets were very dirty the pillowcases also. we went to times in the reception and and told him about the dirtiness, and he didn’t even approach us The toilet was also dirty There was no hot water we slept five days without pillowcases and without the sheets. no one came to clean our room but we had two times people coming inside of our room by accident. It’s really messed up. I want to recommend coming here. It’s a waste of money.. .

İstanbuldaki yeni adresimiz. Otel yeni kullanıma açılmış olup kullanılan malzemeler yeni temiz odalar iyi servis ve çok güzel bir konum her şeyi çok beğendim oteli tavsiye ediyorum.. .

i dont recommend this hotel. I dont recommend this hotel at all. it is rated as three stars but it is actually less than that. the only good thing about is its location which is like seconds from istiklal street in Taksim, but there are other hotels in the same area which you can look into. we booked a double room but we ended up staying in a triple room. when we told them to change our room, they indicated that they have no other rooms available. there was no mini bar, just a small fridge that started leaking on our second day. they dont provide new sheets everyday. the room was not cleaned as it should. the phone did not work. the staff dont know English..they did not provide us with new towels.. i really think that the hotel is overpriced and we could have stayed in a much better hotel for what we have paid. .

Good location. I stayed there for one night. Room was tiny, tv had limited options with a poor picture quality. And be careful: no wifi in rooms!! Only in lobby. Breakfast was brief. Staff were nice and polite. Positive point was the location near to isteklal.. .
