OVERCHARGING & CONNING CUSTOMERS. Love the location except that the Eiffel Tower balcony room literally faces a soccer field. Also, the staff held me up for a cash bribe in order to check in earlier. Then, they overcharged me by $100 and are refusing to respond to the discrepancy. They will steal from you so decide if it’s worth it for the soccer field view and partial view of the tower. We won’t be doing it again.. .

Had a fantastic stay at the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, with stunning views. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, with excellent service. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Paris!. nothing.

Great views from hotel but staff really let the place down as they was no help. The location and view we had was nice. We was meant to check in at 4pm but we wasn’t allowed in until 7:30 which meant we missed reservations we had pre booked at cost for that night. The staff didn’t help and was very rude about the situation.
