Отель очень чистый, постельное бельё свежее, в номере есть все необходимые принадлежности: шампунь, гель для душа, тапочки. Каждый день нам предлагали уборку номера.Также можно заказать еду в номер. В этом нам очень помог сотрудник Али — отдельное ему спасибо за внимание и заботу.Персонал отеля очень приветливый и отзывчивый, всегда быстро реагировали на наши просьбы.Я забыла в номере свою цепочку, и сотрудники честно вернули её мне в целости и сохранности. За это я им особенно благодарна.Рядом с отелем есть магазины, недалеко автобусная остановка и торговый центр, что тоже очень удобно.Мы остались довольны проживанием и можем смело рекомендовать этот отель другим.. Не чего.

. كل شيء كان جميلاً جداً والغرف تنظيف وكبيرا وجميل والمكان قريب على الباص البلديه وهناك مول ارموني بارك كبيرا ومركز المدينه قريب والمعامله جميله جدا واحب ان اشكرا الجميع واخاص محمد وفرحات وعلي كانو دايمان في الخدمه وكان الفطور جميل جدا وكانو كلهم كرماء ويضيفون الشاي والقهوه مجاني. .

. The rooms are comfortable, the hotel is not on the main street, so there is not noise during the sleeping times. The staff is very helpful to help with any issue you might have. I had a confusion about the flight hour, so the receptionist immediately intervened with the air company and the issue was easily clarified after some direct discussion. The waiter Mohamed made our days happy with his warm smile and welcome :-) If the Istanbul jungle is too much for you, then in this hotel you can sleep well and enjoy the silence.. Breakfast was a bit very basic, could be improved..

Great hotel, even better staff. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Just a street away, there is a vibrant area with plenty of shopping and dining options. However, the best part of the hotel was the staff and their politeness and service. Thank you very much for the wonderful time!. .
